2. Order Cancellation by Sumaya Li
We reserve the right to cancel any order if:
- The product is out of stock or discontinued.
- There is a pricing or technical error on our website.
- Payment verification fails or is incomplete. In such cases, you will be notified and issued a full refund (if payment was made).
3. Refund After Cancellation
- If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund applies unless the payment has already been made.
